A new Romtec Vault latrine will be installed Summer 2007 to replace one of the old-style pit latrine units. The park management team plans to continue upgrading the restroom facilities in the campground as the park budget allows.

Due to Department of Health regulations concerning number of size restroom facilities in ration to campsites, the number of campsites have been reduced to 60.

In the Spring of 2007, each of the 60 sites in the campground will have a gravel parking pad, fire ring and picnic table.
