The Little Miami River provides excellent stream fishing opportunities for anglers. Small mouth bass, rock bass and other panfish are abundant.
Fishing is prohibited in the Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve.
John Bryan no longer has Bow hunting at the park. All other hunting is prohibited at John Bryan State Park.
